It is located in Playa Paraíso (Costa Adeje) in the south Tenerife, with breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean and La Gomera. The South airport “Reina Sofía” is 27 km away.

The hotel has in total 289 rooms:
Double room: have a maximum capacity of 2 adults. They are spacious and sunny. Sea view and rooms on the upper floors available with supplement.
Double Superior Rooms for two adults and 1 child (sofa bed).
Junior Suite for families have a separate lounge with a sofa bed with a maximum capacity 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults.
Superior Suite: Max. 4 people (2 adults+2 children or 3 adults). Separate living room. Tea & coffee making facilities available.
Presidential Suite: (Maximum capacity 4 people). With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with Jacuzzi). Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.
The Royal Suite with capacity for 4 people. With 2 bedrooms, each with private luxurious bathroom in suite with Jacuzzi and shower and a spacious living and dining area. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.
The hotel offers double rooms for single use, communicating rooms, non-smoking rooms and 5 sea view rooms are available for guests with special needs.
Baby cots are available on request and with no cost.

SWIMMING POOLS
The hotel has two fantastic swimming pools: one heated sea water and an average temperature of 29º with infinity views over the ocean and one with fresh water.
The whirlpool is also located in the pool area and spacious solarium on the top floor.
The hotel has one heated pool for children in the main pool area.
Bali beds are also available for our clients, situated in exclusive locations, with direct sea views or in front line to the pool.
SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT
The animation team organise entertainment for adults and children every day with activities such as water gym, archery, etc.
Reception staff help with the option to organise different tours and sports outside of the hotel, such as horse riding, cycling, scuba diving, sailing, etc.

MEETING AND EVENTS
The five conference rooms are located in the main building and are fully equipped with audio visual equipment. Three of these rooms have natural light and a maximum capacity of 280 people.
TRANSFERS
A free shuttle service is offered to the guests several times a day, between the hotel and the lively area of Playa de Fañabé, where the two sister hotels are located, Jardines de Nivaria Hotel and Colón Guanahaní Hotel. This vehicle is not accessible for wheelchairs.
