La localidad de Los Silos queda a 1,5 km del hotel aproximadamente y la playa está a 2,5 km. El aeropuerto de Tenerife Sur y el aeropuerto de Tenerife Norte distan 66 km y 64 km respectivamente.El hotel forma parte de la finca La Hacienda y fue construido en el siglo XIX. Ha sido recientemente renovado, en 2008, y consta de 9 apartamentos y de mostrador de recepción, zona de barbacoas, solárium, varias terrazas y aparcamiento. También se ofrece servicio de habitaciones y de lavandería.Los apartamentos están decorados al estilo canario tradicional para intentar conservar el espíritu del lugar. Los apartamentos estándar disponen de cuarto de baño con ducha de hidromasaje y bañera, además de salón/cocina integrados con nevera y cafetera/tetera. También cuentan con TV vía satélite, calefacción, cama doble y terraza.El hotel ofrece tumbonas en las que podrá broncearse al sol en días radiantes.El restaurante ofrece un desayuno de bufet, mientras que el almuerzo y la cena se sirven de un menú.
