It depends, in Grandvalira there are ski shops for this, in Boi Taull they give it to you upon arrival at the hotel…Usually you have to go to a shop to pick it up, but do not worry because ant the hotel reception they will in form you and you have that information also in your voucher when booking
We would have to see the specific booking and verify if the station was actually closed on that date, completely closed or partially closed…Generally when the station was closed dues to "acts of God" the forfait amount is reimbursed at 100%
