Hola he estado en éste hotel desde el sábado 02-09 al martes 05-09. Se está de lujo pq son unas villas muy cómodas. Son de 2 pisos con su cocina completa. Tienen aire acondicionado. Los baños son modernos y sobre todo las camas comodísimas, las almohadas normalitas. La limpieza muy bien y se descansa estupendamente pq al estar alejado de todo pues no oyes nada. A nosotros nos toco una villa relativamente cerca de la zona de ocio pero si comprendo que al ser como un pueblo a los que le toque mas lejos tienen que coger coche para acercarse a recepción o darse un buen paseo. Yo fui a relajarme y lo conseguí. Tiene un parque acuático genial para los niños, resaltar el trato muy cordial de los animadores y de todo el personal en general. El único pero que le encuentro que vi algún bichito, alguna cucaracha. En la villa mi hijo vio una, y yo el ultimo ´día vi dos en el comedor de las pequeñas. Yo soy canario y entiendo que por el clima esos bichos aquí es hasta normal, pero deberían de tener un poco mas de control o fumigar mas a menudo pq siendo un 4 estrellas las tienen que tener mas controladas. Lo digo con conocimiento de causa pq trabajo en hoteles de 4 estrellas de mantenimiento y se a lo que me refiero hay que tenerlas controladas debajo, no en la superficie que las ve la gente. Otro pero en el comedor debería de haber algún encargado o Maitre me parece a mi. De resto esta todo ok.
Si quieres relax estupendo, desconexión total.

Hotel excelente para viajar en familia. Nos tocó un pareado de dos plantas con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. Las comidas están bien, quizás poco variado, pero suficiente. Muy buen ambiente y ni una mala cara por parte del personal. Magnífico el equipo de socorristas de las piscinas.Un sitio para repetir, sin duda. El único pero es que está en una zona muy ventosa y alejada de las poblaciones más importantes.

Si no te gusta las zonas turísticas este es tu sitio porque no tiene nada de nada, pero nada de nada. Está el hotel y desierto alrededor. Pero si lo que buscas es eso precisamente, es el mejor sitio. No tiene buena localización para ver la isla porque está muy al norte. De resto está todo muy bien. Tranquilidad, piscinas buenas y buen ambiente.
Si vas en solo alojamiento lleva la comida. La cocina está muy bien equipada.
