Promotion terms and conditions

• The offer is only for the indicated type of vehicle. As booked the stated vehicle will be used, however, if for unforeseen circumstances, such as a breakdown the vehicle of choice is not available, we will supply another vehicle of similar characteristics and/or in another color.
• The offer is subject to availability, certain dates such as Carnival week, Easter, Christmas, Bank Holidays or school holidays may have limited availability.
• The promo does not cover any additional cost.
• Once booked, the reservation cannot be modified, exchanged or be reimbursed. If the service goes unused it will be automatically be cancelled and cannot be used on any another date.
• The offer has a booking window and and expiry date, therefor in both cases must be booked or used before the given expiry dates. 

General information

• The maximum capacity for the Limousine is four passengers (decreto 148/1994, de 15 julio).
• The promo is for pick-up and drop-off in the following areas: Costa Adeje-Playa de Las Américas-Playa de Los Cristianos. Request information and availability for other areas..
• The service is available between 09:00h and 21:00h, an additional charge is levied outside this timetable.
• The ride in Limousine starts with the pick-up and finishes with the drop-off, maximum time: 1 hour. Once the hour has been surpassed and depending on availability additional "hourly costs" will be incurred. 
• Any itinerary may be changed according to the client's wishes, if such a change complies with the time frame and area established in the offer, the service may be extended subject to availability and paying the corresponding extra cost.
• The service includes a bottle of Cava. Other options are subject to availability and on request..

Observations

• The request of services to Bahía Cars, S.L. through any of the channels available, implies the acceptance by the client of the terms and conditions herein and of the responsibilities incurred hereof.
• Bahía Cars, S.L. is insures transporting the passengers to the destinations requested and confirmed.
• Bahía Cars, S.L. cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may impede the vehicle from reaching or complying with the itinerary.
• It is very important that you inform Bahía Cars, S.L. of any excess luggage, therefore please specify type of luggage and number, if you are traveling with special luggage such Golf Bags, Wheel Chairs, Surf Boards, Bicycles, or any other large piece of baggage as the price might vary accordingly. It is the clients responsibility to keep Bahía Cars, S.L. informed at all times of number and size of baggage. If the baggage exceeds the trunks space Bahía Cars, S.L. cannot be held responsible for any additional costs derived thereof.

* All the services are subject to the local taxes in the Canary Islands as stated in the law for tourist land transport and established by Law 13/2007, 17^th of May, “Road Transport Ordinance (VDN)”, with a 7% tax rate “IGIC”, and a 13,5% tax rate for vehicles hired with a driver (VTC) as established in law 4/2012, dated 25^th of June.
